Responsibilities

• Assist members in-person, over the phone, and online with transactions.
• Cross-sell products and recommend accounts and services.
• Help members complete loan applications and monitor status; originate loans.
• Adhere to compliance, risk controls, and BSA/Safe Act requirements; resolve inquiries.
