Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online; process transactions.
• Cross-sell products, assist with opening accounts, and recommend suitable services.
• Assist with loan processing, collect documentation, and update loan status.
• Explain loan terms clearly and guide members through next steps.
• Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements, including BSA and SAFE Act.
