You’ll cross-sell and support lending products, assist with loan applications, and ensure a smooth, compliant member experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, community engagement, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; banking software a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; service‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with willingness to travel within the credit union’s footprint.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, over the phone, and online with transactions.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell products and services.
• Process loan applications, collect documents, and provide loan status updates.
• Explain loan terms clearly and guide next steps.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deepen member relationships.
• Meet annual sales and service goals and participate in community engagement.
