Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to assist members with everyday banking needs, open accounts, and guide them through loan options. The role emphasizes service excellence, cross-selling, and proactive member support across in-person, phone, and online channels.

You will work within a collaborative team, travel within the footprint as needed, and contribute to meeting annual sales and service goals, while upholding compliance and credit union values.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and online tools.
• Experience with banking software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain products clearly.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, by phone, and online for members.
• Cross-sell products by helping members open accounts and offering suitable services.
• Assist with loan applications, collect documents, and provide loan status updates.
• Address member inquiries with empathy while following compliance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with branch and partners to deepen member relationships and meet goals.
