Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, and online; process transactions.
• Assist members in opening new accounts and cross-sell products and services.
• Help members complete loan applications and provide updates on status; originate loans as needed.
• Address member inquiries with empathy while following compliance and risk controls.
