Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to deliver outstanding service to members across in-branch, phone, and online channels. You will process transactions, open accounts, and identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services while supporting loan originations and updates on statuses.

In this role you will maintain compliance with BSA and SAFE Act requirements, collaborate with teammates, and travel within the branch footprint as needed to build strong member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused service orientation.
• Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset; able to travel within the credit union's footprint as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to members in-person, over the phone, and online; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and cross-sell products and services.
• Help members complete loan applications; collect documents and provide loan status updates; originate and close specified loans.
• Address member inquiries with empathy while adhering to compliance, risk controls, and BSA/SAFE Act requirements.
• Collaborate with branch team and business partners to deepen member relationships and meet sales/service goals.
