Navigant Credit Union is seeking a member services specialist to deliver exceptional customer support across chat, phone, and Interactive Banking Kiosk. You will resolve inquiries on deposits, loans, wires, and digital banking while promoting credit union products.

The role emphasizes accurate, high‑quality service with a focus on cross‑selling related products and maintaining strong member relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution or member service center.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures; selling them is a plus.
• Excellent listening, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services via live chat, phone, and IBK; handle inquiries on transactions, wires, digital banking, deposits, loans, and credit cards.
• Serve as SME for credit card servicing inquiries.
• Monitor and process service requests from online banking and email.
• Support loan payments via third‑party servicing platforms.
• Perform daily quality checks and report outcomes.
