Navigant Credit Union in Rhode Island is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to help members with transactions, cross-sell accounts, and support loan processing while upholding service standards and compliance.

You will collaborate with branches and partners to build relationships, meet annual sales goals, and engage with the community. Strong communication, tech comfort, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain financial products clearly.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset and willing to travel within footprint.
Preferred Skills: Sales skills to recommend products; Banking experience 2 years in member service or teller area; Loan Processing understanding of origination, underwriting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, and online, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes.
Cross-sell products by helping members open accounts and recommending suitable services.
Assist with loan processing, collect documents, and provide updates on loan status; originate and close loans.
Address member inquiries with empathy while adhering to compliance and risk controls.
Collaborate with branch teams and partners to deepen member relationships and achieve sales goals.
