Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to assist members with everyday banking needs and build lasting relationships. You will help members with deposits, loans, and account changes while providing a high-quality, personalized experience.

You will cross-sell products, process loan applications, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve annual sales and service goals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication to explain financial products clearly.
• Willingness to travel within the credit union's footprint as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, by phone, and online, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes.
• Cross-sell products by helping members open accounts and recommending suitable services.
• Assist with loan applications, collect docs, provide loan status updates, and explain terms.
• Solve member inquiries with empathy while following compliance and risk controls (BSA, SAFE Act).
• Collaborate with the branch team and partners to deepen member relationships and meet goals.
• Engage in sales and community activities, set appointments, and follow up on referrals.
