Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to break into medical device sales, targeting outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics in your geography. This is a pure hunter role where you will build a territory from scratch, establishing relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach and long sales cycles.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
