IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Manager to start a career in medical device sales. This field role focuses on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will build one. Success comes from disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with a track record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget effectively.
