Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to build a new territory in U.S. medical device sales. This entry point focuses on outpatient urology clinics, driving prescriptions for intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will not inherit a book of business and must prospect aggressively to establish relationships and a productive pipeline. You don't need clinical experience; you need a track record of winning in metrics-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
