Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. You will compete in outpatient clinics, build a new territory, and drive prescriptions for urinary management products.

No inherited base; you will develop your own pipeline and relationships with clinicians. You should have 2–4 years in B2B sales with a track record of quota achievement, a Bachelor's degree, and a willingness to travel daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Track record of winning in metrics-driven sales environments.
• Strong communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics within territory.
• Educate clinicians and staff on product benefits and clinical value.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding use.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory expenses like a business.
