IQVIA, partnered with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Manager to enter medical device sales in outpatient urology. You will build a territory from scratch, call on physicians and clinic staff, and drive prescriptions for intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

Success depends on disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging. Training will cover clinical details, with a clear path to Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
