Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to build a territory in outpatient urology clinics. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, clinical messaging, and driving prescriptions for intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget responsibly.
