IQVIA, partnering with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Manager to launch a medical device sales career. You will hunt in outpatient urology clinics, educate clinicians on products, and drive new prescriptions with a metrics-driven approach.

You will build a territory from scratch, manage a pipeline, and demonstrate disciplined prospecting to exceed targets. This entry-level sales role offers growth to Territory Manager and beyond, with field travel and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
