Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. This entry point role is a pure hunter position, focused on outpatient clinics in the assigned territory, building relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions of catheter and urinary management products.

You will not inherit a book of business and must prospect actively to build a territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits and clinical value.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding use.
• Manage territory pipeline and CRM data; execute in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
