Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. This entry point role is a pure hunter position, field-based calling on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building relationships with physicians and staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will build your own territory with disciplined prospecting, a strong clinical message, and a clear path to Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience in metrics-driven B2B sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call outpatient clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes and manage expenses to run the territory as a business.
