IQVIA seeks an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. In this entry point, you will hunt for new business in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You will operate in a high-activity, field-based role focused on prospecting, league-leading call volumes, and disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and long sales cycles.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data and activity records.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
