Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative. This entry point into medical device sales targets outpatient urology clinics, building relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management solutions.

Zero inherited accounts: you will build a territory through disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• You don't need medical or clinical experience.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
• Coachable, competitive, and accountable—you own your numbers and your results.
• Strong verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics.
• Educate clinicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage within accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline; maintain CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
