Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in healthcare sales. You will prospect clinics, educate staff on product benefits, and drive prescription volume in outpatient urology settings. This is a pure hunter role with a clear path to Territory Manager roles.

You will build your own territory, manage a pipeline, and use disciplined prospecting and high call volume to turn conversations into prescribing relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record of success in metrics-driven sales.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement preferred.
• Hunter mentality with strong discipline and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage territory like a business.
