Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa in Texas seeks a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, answer phones, educate them about our services, and support providers.

You will handle front desk duties, schedule appointments, manage the POS system, maintain inventory, ensure HIPAA confidentiality, and keep the space clean and professional. Flexible weekend schedule and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, and greetings.
• Maintain a clean, professional facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling.
• Ensure accurate POS entry for appointments and client data.
• Comply with company policies and HIPAA procedures.
• Oversee inventory counts and supply stocking.
