It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, provide information about our services, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.

You will handle check-in/out, scheduling, inventory, and POS tasks while upholding HIPAA policies and a high standard of client care. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and a polished, energetic demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Assist with front desk duties: check-in/out, scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the facility.
• Support providers and managers with appointment books and coordination.
• Ensure POS and client information is accurately entered.
