Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and educate them on available services. You will manage front desk duties, oversee inventory, and help keep our clinic organized while upholding privacy standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining appointment books, assisting providers, and ensuring a smooth, compliant workflow. The role requires a positive attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced aesthetics environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multitask while attending clients and business needs.
• Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and policy.
• Operate with integrity and sound judgment.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone and provide service information.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, answer calls, greet clients, and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, professional facility environment.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure policies are followed for smooth operations.
• Accurately manage the POS system and client/employee records.
