Job summary

Its A Secret Med Spa in Houston, TX seeks a Client Concierge to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and educate them about our services. You will manage front desk duties, check patients in/out, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment while supporting providers and managers with scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced med spa setting, including HIPAA compliance and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Experience in a med spa or medical office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and compliance.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers/managers with client scheduling and appointment books.
• Comply with company policies to ensure streamlined processes.
• Ensure POS system is accurate for client appointments and staff data.
