Job summary

It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a friendly Client Concierge to warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, share knowledge about our services, and ensure a warm, professional experience for every guest.

You will manage front desk duties, assist with scheduling, maintain a clean, organized facility, and support providers while upholding HIPAA, privacy, and company policies. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends.
• Previous experience in a med spa or medical office is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
• Ability to multitask while paying attention to clients.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• Energetic, friendly personality with a strong service mindset.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
• Strong judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must be able to reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, educating them about services.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, answer calls, greet clients, oversee inventory, and stock supplies while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and maintaining appointment books.
• Comply with company policies to ensure streamlined location processes.
• Ensure POS system is used accurately with client and employee information.
