Job summary

Oatey Company is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor in Cleveland to oversee material planning, inventory control, receiving, and warehousing. You will lead a team of Material Handlers and ensure inventory accuracy while aligning with the demand plan and production needs.

This role requires strong MRP experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record of reducing shortages through collaboration with planning, sourcing, and production.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in business/industrial engineering or related field.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Experience with MRP in SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving team and inventory control personnel.
• Develop and execute material inventory plans to meet customer service goals.
• Collaborate with planning, purchasing, and production scheduling to minimize shortages.
• Lead annual inventory process and support Lean initiatives to reduce waste and excess.
