Job summary

Oatey is seeking a highly capable Supply Chain leader to drive material planning, inventory control, receiving, warehousing, and cycle counting. This role develops and executes inventory plans to exceed customer service goals while collaborating across supply chain, sales, and customer support to meet sales objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong MRP ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), proven supervisory ability, and a four‑year degree with APICS preferred.

Qualifications

• MRP experience in SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Significant supervisory experience in high‑volume warehouse/receiving ops.
• Four‑year degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field; APICS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Receiving team (Material Handlers, Material Flow Coordinators, Inventory Assurance Specialists).
• Manage purchased inventory to balance working capital with production needs.
• Lead Lean initiatives (PFEP) to minimize inventory and improve service levels.
