Job summary

Oatey is seeking a highly visible supply chain Supervisor to manage material planning, inventory control, receiving, warehousing, and cycle counting. The role requires coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to meet service objectives.

Qualified candidates will have MRP experience (SAP/Oracle), strong leadership, and a track record of improving inventory performance in a high-volume environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving team and inventory personnel.
• Manage purchased inventory to support production and customer service.
• Communicate shortages and expediting status across functions.
• Lead Lean initiatives to minimize inventory and improve processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in annual inventory.
