Oatey is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain in Cleveland. The role focuses on maximizing fill rate, optimizing inventory, and delivering strong customer metrics across sourcing, finance, logistics, and distribution.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and implement standard processes for planning and purchasing. The position supports hybrid in-office work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in corporate Supply Chain
• 2–4 years of managerial experience
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred
• LEAN/6Sigma experience required or demonstrated

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach supply chain team to meet goals.
• Develop distribution plans and inventory strategies.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Distribution Schedulers
