Job summary

Oatey is seeking a highly skilled supply chain supervisor focused on Receiving. You will oversee a team, manage inventory and supplier relationships to meet production and customer service targets.

Key duties include coordinating with Planning and Sourcing, driving Lean improvements, and maintaining accurate SOPs. A four-year degree and APICS are preferred, with strong leadership and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience in high-volume warehouse/receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving team and ensure smooth operation.
• Manage inventory to balance working capital with production needs.
• communicate shortages and expediting status across functions.
• Lead Lean initiatives to minimize inventory and improve service.
• Coordinate with planning, sourcing, and production to align demand and materials.
