Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Market Leader to support a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, serving as a back-up leader and ensuring a high-quality client experience. You will manage client traffic, drive operational excellence, and lead market-level initiatives while coaching teams and maintaining risk controls.

Responsibilities include fostering a client-centric culture, delivering results, and collaborating with market leaders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience through coaching, training or motivating a team.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across reporting lines to reach shared goals.
• Proven customer service skills and problem resolution.
• Strong financial and business acumen including interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
• Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours and travel within the market.
