Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is seeking a market leadership role supporting a cluster of financial centers. You will back up the financial center leader, coach teams, manage client flow, and drive the market's operational and client experience excellence.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance risk with profitability, including travel within the defined market and weekend/extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently.
• Strong financial and business acumen including experience leading managers and interpreting financial reports.
• Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with active listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, extended hours and travel within the market.
