MetaMask, a remote-first, global team, is launching an official VIP programme. We seek a China Relationship Manager to own relationships with Mandarin-speaking VIP traders and HNWIs across our Trade and Money VIP initiatives.

You will engage with traders across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, building trust through access, events, and personalised support. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal to tailor materials, track pipeline, and help shape product

Qualificações

• Experience in VIP, account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages or fintech.
• A credible network among high volume Mandarin speaking traders, HNWI or communities, or a track record of building one.
• Native Mandarin and strong professional English. Cantonese is a plus.
• Good understanding of regional market dynamics and how traders and HNWIs compare offerings.
• Comfort working towards volume, fee and deposit targets.
• Solid knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi.
• Sound judgment on local regulation, and comfort working with Legal guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Finding, recruiting, onboarding and retaining VIP traders and high-net-worth-individuals across Mainland China/ Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
• Building relationships across Mandarin speaking traders, HNWI and community networks, including industry networks, referrals, events and inbound interest.
• Negotiating and agreeing VIP terms with candidates, within MetaMask's programme guidelines.
• Acting as each VIP's main point of contact, and bringing in Support, Product, Marketing and leadership when needed.
• Hosting and joining VIP gatherings across Greater China and the wider region, working with our Events team.
• Turning conversations with VIPs into insight on trading behaviour, competitor offers, market shifts and product gaps, and sharing it with Product.
• Adapting VIP materials and communications for a Chinese speaking audience, in line with Legal guidance.
• Tracking and reporting on pipeline, volume, fees and retention.
