Bybit is seeking a Regional Sales Lead for the Mandarin-speaking market. You will source and build relationships with crypto communities, KOLs, HNW individuals, and professional traders to drive user acquisition and deepen Bybit's presence in this active market.

Responsibilities include affiliate network development, managing KOL partnerships, and aligning with product, compliance, and marketing teams to tailor offerings for Mandarin-speaking users.

Formación

• 3+ years in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services with a track record of building affiliate networks or BD pipelines from scratch.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management and understanding of referral economics and partner lifecycle.
• Strong project management skills with multi-tasking across campaigns and deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset, understanding acquisition OKRs, segmentation and analytics for optimization.
• Fluent in Mandarin; will operate between global HQ and local partners daily.
• Previous crypto exchange experience; comfortable working across time zones and cross-cultural teams.
• Genuine passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto payments space.
• Existing relationships with Mandarin-speaking financial media, fintech associations, or institutional broker networks.

Responsabilidades

• Affiliate Network Building: identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with crypto communities and professional traders.
• KOL & Influencer Partnerships: source and manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media channels.
• HNW Client Management: build direct relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups; provide access to relevant Bybit products.
• User Acquisition Strategy: devise locally-relevant approaches to acquire users.
• Market Intelligence: monitor regulation, competitor activity, and community sentiment; feed insights to leadership.
• Performance Optimization: own and report OKRs—registrations, deposits, trading volume, retention.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings.
