Bybit is seeking a Regional Sales Lead for the Mandarin-speaking market, based in California. You will own the affiliate growth strategy, recruit affiliates, partner with KOLs and media, and manage relationships with HNW clients and professional traders to drive user acquisition and trading volume.

You will collaborate with global HQ to localize offerings and ensure a best-in-class Mandarin user experience while navigating regulatory dynamics in a rapidly evolving crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services.
• Business development or affiliate management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with acquisition OKRs.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Network Building: identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with high-net-worth and professional traders.
• KOL & Influencer Partnerships: manage crypto KOLs and media partnerships to drive registrations and trading volume.
• HNW Client Management: build direct relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups.
• User Acquisition Strategy: devise locally-relevant approaches to acquire users in the Mandarin market.
• Market Intelligence: monitor regulation, competitors, and sentiment; feed insights to leadership.
• Performance Optimization: own affiliate OKRs and optimize ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams.
