Job summary

MetaMask is launching a VIP programme. As the US Relationship Manager, you will own MetaMask's relationships with US high-value users across Trade and Money lanes.

You will recruit, onboard and retain high-value users in the US and other English-speaking regions, build relationships with US traders and communities, and serve as the main contact, coordinating with relevant teams as needed. Travel to key US hubs and events; ensure compliance with policies, report on pipeline and retention, and

Qualifications

• VIP account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages or fintech.
• A credible network among high-value US traders, holders, KOLs or communities, or a track record of building one.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and the polish to work with high net worth clients.
• A good understanding of the US trading landscape and how traders compare offers.
• Comfort working towards volume, fee and deposit targets.
• Solid knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi.
• Sound judgement on US regulation, and comfort working with Legal guidance.

Responsibilities

The role

What You Will Own

• Recruiting, onboarding and retaining high value users in the US and other English-speaking regions.
• Building relationships across US traders and users, community networks, including industry networks, referrals, events and inbound interest.
• Acting as each high value user's main point of contact, and bringing in relevant teams when needed.

What You Bring

The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.

US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)

$115,000—$162,000 USD
