Bybit is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Specialist (Mandarin speaking) to lead affiliate growth in the Mandarin market. You will source and develop crypto communities, KOLs, and professional traders to drive user acquisition and deepen Bybit's regional presence.

Responsibilities include building affiliate networks, managing KOL partnerships, engaging HNW clients, and driving ROI through data-driven optimization while collaborating with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services with proven affiliate networks or BD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Identify, recruit and develop affiliates with high-net-worth clients and professional traders.
• Source and manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media channels; negotiate campaigns and referral programs.
