Workday is seeking a Principal Managing Partner to lead the Diversified Industries practice in North America. You will manage executive relationships, drive successful Workday deployments, and position additional value across customer portfolios.

The role focuses on retention, growth, and strategic alignment with clients while collaborating with sales, consulting, and product teams. You will guide large, complex accounts, influence outcomes, and ensure customers realize value from Workday

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP deployments at a project and program manager level in Diversified Industries.
• 2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader, business function owner, or hands-on resource.
• 8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Account Executives to position and upsell Workday services into customers’ portfolios.
• Oversee successful deployment of Workday solutions, driving adoption and feature adoption.
• Guide strategic account planning and executive relationship development across customer portfolios.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, referenceability, and revenue retention across accounts.
• Coordinate with internal sales, consulting, and product teams to deliver value.
