Job summary

Workday, a Fortune 500 company and leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, is seeking a Principal Managing Partner to shepherd large, complex deployments across Diversified Industries. You will own executive relationships, drive successful Workday deployments, and position additional value across a customer portfolio.

You’ll work with account executives and service partners, guide implementation, support strategic planning, and ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level.
2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader, business function owner, hands‑on configuration resource, or workmate.
8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in successful partnerships and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position or upsell Workday services.
Ensure successful deployment of the Workday solution, drive adoption, and sell additional services.
Participate in sales cycles to support implementation activities for prospects in the portfolio.
Drive customer self-sufficiency by teaching how to engage with Workday services.
Lead cross-functional teamwork to align scope, budget, timeline, and deployment issues.
