Job summary

Workday is seeking a Principal Managing Partner to lead the Diversified Industries practice across North America with a flexible, remote-friendly model. You’ll oversee strategic accounts, align success plans, and drive high-value deployments in cloud ERP, HCM and Fins.

In this executive-facing role you’ll nurture C-level relationships, coordinate with sales, consulting and product teams, guide global deployments, and shape account strategy to maximize retention and revenue while delivering

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level within the Diversified Industries arena.
2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software (such as Workday, SuccessFactors, NetSuite, or a similar product) as an implementation leader, business function owner, hands‑on configuration resource, or workmate.
8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in successful partnerships and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and upsell Workday services into your customer base and ensure maximum value from the product.
Oversee the successful deployment of the Workday solution, driving adoption, guiding customers in the implementation of new features and products and selling additional services.
Partner with customers to translate emerging AI technologies into practical, high-impact client solutions embedded directly within their daily tools and processes.
Guide large, partner-led accounts with global complexity such as M&A and divestitures and create strategic plans across the customer architecture.
