Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project and program manager level.
• 2+ years direct experience with a cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader or workmate.
• 8+ years developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in partnerships and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive relationships, drive successful deployment and adoption of Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to position and sell or upsell Workday services.
• Lead account planning and strategic guidance for large, complex customers.
