Qualifications

• Experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fin) solutions at a project and program manager level.
• Experience as an implementation leader for cloud-native HR or Finance software.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to position and upsell Workday products and services to customers.
• Oversee successful deployment of the Workday solution and drive adoption; guide feature rollout and value realization.
• Develop and execute account plans, managing executive relationships and ensuring revenue retention and growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, consulting, product) to deliver on commitments and address issues.
• Support multi-location, global accounts and complex engagements including potential M&A scenarios.
