Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Durham, NC communities. You will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to work orders, and support make-ready activities under supervision.

Responsibilities include pool maintenance, daily safety checks, inventory tracking, and keeping the maintenance shop organized while following OSHA guidelines. On-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Keep maintenance shop clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
