Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site position at a Raleigh, NC, community. The technician will assist in maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision.

The role requires responding to resident requests, scheduling maintenance events, and maintaining logs while upholding safety standards and OSHA guidelines. On-call responsibilities and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance across the property.
• Handle make-ready tasks under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and manage work orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards.
• Maintain maintenance shop and inventory; assist with on-call emergencies.
