Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. You will assist in make-ready work and be part of a team ensuring safe, well-maintained communities for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining pools and logs, inspecting facilities daily, and upholding OSHA safety practices. High School diploma required; reliable transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use onsite software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and routine repairs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform make-ready tasks for units and common areas.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines; operate power tools and equipment.
