Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Cary, NC to support and execute maintenance tasks across the community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance under supervision, with an emphasis on safety and resident satisfaction.

The technician will perform make-ready tasks, assist in safe operation of equipment, and maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, corrective, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process and inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain the maintenance shop in a safe, organized, and well-stocked condition.
