Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support communities within our nationwide portfolio. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks under supervision to uphold property standards.

Daily on-site presence and timely response to work orders are essential, as is maintaining accurate records and following safety procedures. Asset Living offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory management and documentation of service requests.
