Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and make-ready processes at our properties. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, performing corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units.
• Assist in scheduling and performing all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community including grounds and common areas.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines; maintain records and tools.
