Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will assist in carrying out maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role ensures make-ready processes align with operational objectives under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site supervision of community maintenance, responding to requests, and maintaining safety standards while supporting the preventive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and keep accurate records of service requests, inspections, and safety procedures.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
